True Vision – VIVID x Last Layer

THE JOB:

True Vision Vol. 1 is a creative collaboration presented by Last Layer and Vivid — a campaign built around young artists of the Northern Rivers, captured through an intimate lens. We spent time observing their processes, hearing their stories, and exploring what drives their work. The showcase features talents like Baden Croft, whose pieces move between native flora, wildlife, and geometric interiors. Isaac Ferguson, a graphic designer and visual artist based in Byron Bay, and Kat Deschan, a full-time painter whose patience and detail anchor each evolving creation. Shot and envisioned by myself, the project blends documentary texture with stylised portraiture, all grounded by Last Layer’s functional artist workwear.
